Environmental Government Officer (Dinas Lingkungan Hidup) arranged a special visitation to Wisma Barito Pacific (WBP) as the case-study to get the real insight of Zero Waste to Landfill implementation. 

On Friday, 19 June 2020, Environmental Government Officer led by Aridan Prambudi as Jakarta Waste-management Section Head (Kasatpal PKM), visited WBP along with five subordinates. He was welcomed by Rajawahid Manurung, the chief engineer of WBP as Building Management lead, and subsequently explained WBP's waste-management.

WBP implements a waste sorting policy for all of its tenants as a legal obligation to them, stated in the rental contract. Two officers do the daily inspection and collect validated results. The monthly result is announced by displaying it as a lift poster, enabling the whole tenant to see the result. It is expected to be an effective way to drive all tenants in maintaining the reputation, as well as functioned as an award for the best tenant.

Satisfied by the documented waste management in WBP, Aridan stated that WBP has a comply status, considered it as the waste-management role model for their socialization to other office buildings in Jakarta.
